Submit a permit application

Please provide the following for permit applications:

• Completed application
• Two sets of plans
• Electronic copy of plans emailed to permits@shoreviewmn.gov
• Site plan if required

Plans must be legible and have construction elements and dimensions as necessary.

Submit applications at city hall front desk or e-mail them to permits@shoreviewmn.gov. To pay with a credit card over the phone, call the building inspection division at 651-490-4683.  

Permits that require a plan review typically take up to 10 working days to process and approve the permit for issuance.  Some applications may take longer due to special provisions or conditions.

The following applications can be issued over the counter:

• Siding
• Roofing
• Windows

We have discontinued our fax number for permit applications. Please submit them via the permits@shoreviewmn.gov e-mail address.
