Kitchen use & alcohol service

Kitchen access is only granted to State of Minnesota licensed caterers
- The caterer's license must be received and approved by our staff at least 30 days prior to your event
- We will not accept a license the day of the event
Kitchen use fee: $300
- Kitchen use fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to your event
Without kitchen access, we are not able to provide means of heating, refrigerating, or storing food

Alcohol service is available through our exclusive providers; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Helpful information

Refundable damage deposit required
- $1,000 for Shoreview room and entire Wedell Community room
- $500 for half of the Wedell Community room
- $500 for Haffeman pavilion
Security guard required for weekend events that go past 8 pm
- $125 per hour
- 4-hour minimum
Kitchen use
- Must be Minnesota licensed caterer to use kitchen
- Kitchen use fee: $300
We do not provide linens, decorations, or stages
Room rentals are available every day of the week
