Under Minnesota state law, cities must provide a 10-day notice of proposed ordinances. The law applies to new proposed ordinances and proposed amendments to existing ordinances. The city council will take action on the below ordinance at their November 18 meeting:

• Ordinance 1039 - amending chapters 101 and 107 of the city code to establish zoning regulations for cannabis uses in compliance with MN law.
• Ordinance 1041 - amending chapter 30 adding regulations for short-term rentals and adjusting fees for rental licenses.
• Ordinance 1042 - replacing exhibit c, building permits and fees.
