Currently there is no membership special

All annual members receive:

• Discount on Group X Card to attend group fitness classes
• For non-residents, a special recreation program registration day and the Shoreviews mailed to your home

Health insurance reimbursements.

We participate with several insurance companies, which offer monthly reimbursements up to $20 toward qualifying annual memberships. See the health insurance reimbursements tab below for details.

**Seasonal memberships do not include fitness class discounts or insurance credit reimbursements.

Please contact your insurance provider for eligibility and workout requirements. Seasonal memberships do not qualify for health insurance reimbursements.

You will need

• An annual community center membership (seasonal memberships do not qualify)
• Your health insurance card
• Banking information to set up direct deposit
• Your Shoreview Community Center barcode number (located on your membership card)

Sign up online

1. Please read your insurance information before enrolling in NIHCA Fitness Incentives
2. Go to NIHCArewards.org
3. Go to "MEMBERS Options"
4. Click "first time enrollment"
5. Select your insurance company
6. Enter your insurance group number to see if you qualify, then enter our zip code: 55126 (Hint: change your radius to 5 miles)
7. Find the Shoreview Community Center and click “enroll online”
8. Read and agree to the terms by clicking the box and then click "apply"
9. Fill out the entire “Member Enrollment” form. This includes “Fitness Center Barcode” (barcode on your membership card)
10. Submit your information; you will receive a confirmation email from NIHCA Rewards

You can now log in to your NIHCA Rewards account to update billing and insurance information.

• Visit the community center anytime the building is open
• Check in at the lower service desk; our guest services staff will help you get started

• We are still offering Silver&Fit and Renew Active: One Pass

We now offer Renew Active: One Pass.

A confirmation code is needed to sign up for One Pass. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to get your confirmation code before visiting the community center to sign up.

We understand if you want to cancel your membership. 

To cancel your membership

• Come in to the community center anytime during hours to complete a cancellation form
• Annual memberships that have not completed the annual commitment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee
• Monthly billed memberships: Cancellation request must be received by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month (example: submit a request by June 25 to cancel your membership for July)
