Bamboo Bay is the perfect place to host your next family gathering, holiday party, or private group event.

Playground exclusive
Have the playground to yourself! This is our most popular party option; we recommend booking 4 months (or earlier!) in advance.

- Includes playground admission for up to 75 people
- Table seating for 12 guests; up to 75 people allowed in the playground area
- Extra fee if you bring your own food

Wristband policy
- All visitors must purchase daily admission; this includes non-swimming guests and adults supervising in the playground, gymnasium, & waterparks
- Admission wristbands are only valid during your rental time (poolside party rooms get 3 hours of swim time)
- All wristbands are non-refundable and can only be used on your party date
- All children 6 and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult (18+) and must be within arms reach at all times

- We do not provide towels; you must bring your own
- You must have a room reservation scheduled if you plan on opening presents, having cake/cupcakes, balloons, and/or decorations. No parties or outside food are allowed in the common lounge areas or the cafe; you must rent a room.
Payment
- Must be paid online within 48 hours
- Including damage deposit
- Payment link will be sent to you by the rental team
- Bamboo Bay exclusive: Damage deposit due at time of booking, final payment due 1 - 2 weeks prior to your event
- Refundable damage deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your event as long as all policies are followed an no damage is done to the room
- All reservations are non-refundable
- We accept any major debit or credit card over the phone if payment link does not work
- Schedule an appointment to pay in person with cash or check
Damage deposits
- $100 damage deposit will be charged at time of booking
- Damage deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your event as long as all policies are followed and no damage is done to the room
- We will keep all or part of your damage deposit if:
- Policies are violated
- You run over the reservation time
- There is an excessive amount of clean up needed
- City may also charge actual costs for any damages caused to the facility
