Shoreview is set within a natural landscape of lakes and open spaces. Residents can enjoy 11 lakes, 15 parks, 90 miles of trails and sidewalks, and over 1,400 acres of open space.

Location

Located ten miles from both Minneapolis and St. Paul, Shoreview is easily accessible. It is served by Interstates 694, 35W and 35E, along with Snelling/Hamline Avenue, Lexington Avenue, and Rice Street.

Community celebrations

Residents and visitors enjoy events such as the Shoreview Farmers Market and summer concerts. The city also helps sponsor the annual Slice of Shoreview Days. This is a highly popular three-day festival in July featuring music, food, carnival rides, arts and crafts, parade, and fireworks.
