Destination Playground

The destination playground officially opened in 2022 as a new, one-of-a-kind playground. This popular playground is located at the north west side of the community center complex, on Victoria Street.

Play areas include:

• Hillside slides
• Marsh & hills area
• Ziplines
• Swings & saucer swings
• Tree house & slides
• Climbing nets 
• Ninja-style obstacle course
• Skatepark

Playground features include:

• Covered picnic shelter*
• Picnic tables
• Adirondack chairs
• Accessible surfaces throughout the playground, including concrete paths, playground rubber, and synthetic turf
• Walking paths to the skatepark, fountain, and friendship garden
• Outdoor portable bathrooms
• Conveniently located next to the community center
  • Parking is available on Victoria Street or in the city hall parking lot.
  • Bus parking is located on Mound Avenue, north of the playground.
• Field trip reservations are not required

*Covered picnic shelter is available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations, rentals, and parties are not permitted at the destination playground shelter.
