  • Who can be on my family membership?

    A family membership is for immediate family members. This includes two adults and children under 23 living in the same household.

  • Do you offer health insurance reimbursements?

    Yes, the community center offers reimbursements on annual memberships for qualified members of:

    • Avera Health
    • BlueCross BlueShield of North Dakota
    • Fleet Farm
    • HealthPartners
    • Medica
    • Midco
    • PreferredOne
    • Prime West Health
    • Sanford Health
    • Sioux Falls School District
    • South Country Health Alliance
    • UCare

    Please contact your health insurance provider for eligibility and workout requirements. Direct deposit is required.

  • How do I sign up for a membership?

    You can stop by the community center during business hours and a manager on duty can help you sign up. We cannot complete any memberships online or over the phone.

  • What is included in a membership?

    You have access to our:

    • Waterparks
    • Whirlpool (18+)
    • Fitness center (14+)
    • Basketball courts
    • Walking track (14+)
    • Indoor playground (10 & younger)

    We also offer free equipment orientations with a personal trainer when you sign up for an annual membership.

  • Do members receive any discounts on other services?

    Annual members receive a discount on Group X Cards. Annual senior members can attend any of our SeniorFit group fitness classes for free as well.

  • Do I have to be a Shoreview resident to use the community center or become a member?

    No. Non-residents are welcome to use the facility and become members.

  • Is there an enrollment fee if I sign up for a membership?

    No.

  • Can I try out of the facility before purchasing a membership?

    You can purchase a daily pass to visit the community center for a day.
