No, the ballots are the same whether you vote absentee in person, absentee by mail, or in person on election day.

Technically, a voter can cast two ballots, however only one will be counted. If they voted absentee and then wanted to change their vote they can choose to submit a second ballot. Only the second ballot will be counted and it must be cast at least 14 days before election day.
