The Shoreview Human Rights Commission will host an ongoing series of virtual  discussions around the topic of race.

Community Conversations on Race: The Binary Code of Racism and How it is Learned

This discussion series will base the conversations on a video or article related to the topic, followed by small group discussions. This session will be based on The Binary Code of Racism and How It is Learned. The material will delve into how our racial history and biases are passed on to new generations and are reflected in our behavior.

The commission is partnering with the Ramsey County Library - Shoreview and Do Good Roseville to host this session.
